Safety, more than a policy.
It’s who we are.

At SFT, we don’t cut corners — we double-check them.

At Steady Flow Testers, safety is a non-negotiable

Before we roll a truck, before we put boots on the ground, we make sure every step of the job is built around protecting lives, equipment, and systems.

Our safety culture is hands-on and all-in. Everyone on our crew — from senior leads to new hires — is trained to spot hazards, speak up, and stop work when something doesn’t feel right. That’s not just allowed here — it’s expected.

We hold certifications in OSHA, NFPA, and industry-recognized protocols. But what really sets us apart is our team’s mindset: safety isn’t a checkbox — it’s a commitment.

How We Keep Our Crews — and Yours — Safe

Every SFT crew member is trained to prevent accidents and injuries through:

  • Following proven worksite safety rules and protocols

  • Taking responsibility for their own safety and the team’s

  • Speaking up when something doesn’t look or feel right

  • Practicing site-specific training, daily toolbox talks, and hazard awareness

  • Reporting near misses, correcting unsafe behavior, and learning from every job

Our entire company follows a “Stop Work Authority” mindset: if it’s not safe, we don’t do it. Period.
